Stellar First to Receive Six Consecutive Frost & Sullivan Awards

We are proud to have been named the ‘Customer Contact Outsourcing Service Provider of the Year’ in the 2017 Frost & Sullivan Australia Excellence Awards - the first time any company has received any Frost & Sullivan award for six consecutive years.

Stellar is proud to announce that it has been named the ‘Customer Contact Outsourcing Service Provider of the Year’ in the 2017 Frost & Sullivan Australia Excellence Awards. This marks the first time any company has received any Frost & Sullivan award for six consecutive years.

The Frost & Sullivan Australia Excellence Awards are held annually to recognise outstanding performance by companies across a range of industries and functional disciplines. Awarded based on benchmarking against leading companies in each category, the recipients of these awards represent the best-of-breed in the country.

Frost & Sullivan says of Stellar:

“Led by a forward-thinking team, Stellar has consistently enhanced its service offerings to better serve its clients. Its ability to deliver end-to-end customer experience management and back-office process is trusted by customers and well regarded in the industry. In recent years, the provider has focused on leveraging emerging technologies, digital solutions, and consulting capabilities to deliver successful business outcome for its clients.

While Stellar’s broad mix of onshore capabilities in the Australian market bodes well for the government sector, its right-shoring approach and recent investments to strengthen offshore delivery capabilities positions it as the partner of choice for other verticals. A strong annual revenue growth rate of over 12% is a testimony to its growth strategy and execution ability.”

Digital Transformation Practice – Asia-Pacific

John Zisis, Head of Customer Solutions, accepted the award on behalf of Stellar at the awards ceremony in Sydney on 7 December.

He says,

“2017 has been a fantastic year for Stellar. We’ve built on our existing relationships and have introduced new technology and solutions to our client base, as well as bringing in new contracts. We’ve broadened our offering into shared services and have added new products to our consulting line. We haven’t lost sight of where we started, though: recently we have just opened the doors on our second site in Wollongong, adding another 120 seats onshore.

The pace of digital acceleration is exciting, and we’re in a great place to take our clients on that journey. We’re extremely honoured that Frost & Sullivan have recognised our growth and place in the market with this award. “

But We Already Measure NPS…

For many years, organisations the world over have been grappling with the best metric to reflect the way their customers feel about their brand.
